What is /r9k/?

After the original /r9k/ board was deleted from 4chan.org, a very nice man named Savetheinternet made 4chon to be a refuge for the good gentlebots. /r9k/ is designed to promote the creation or OC or original content. Since its dawn, demise, and rebirth it has become something more. You're still unable to post the same comment twice, but that's not why people come. People come to /r9k/ to chat with other people with the same mental diseases, and to talk about their favorite cheeses. The robot, the silent guardian, keeps the usual stupidity of *chan boards in. Don't worry, the perimeter is laced with landmines.
What is /new/?

The ill named /new/ board, rose from the old ashes of /nigger/ during the earlier times of 4chan. Before its demise, the inhabitants of /new/ were chillin' back, smoking crack, and having a jolly good time before moot struck down on it like God had done to Sodom and Gomorrah in Genesis 19. Basically a lot of trolling and talking about how all blacks do is blame whitey while the whites blame the jews and the jews blame everyone. Try saying that sentence three times fast!
Luckily, no one was killed or turned into a pillar of salt.
The purpose of the /new/spedia is to bitch about politics, history, and current affairs with a satirically crude sense of (humorless) humor. Some nights we tell each other conspiracy stories and roast marshmallows around an open fire. Overall, we provide as much information as we can from multiple perspectives of the 4chon /new/smen.
What is /v/?

/v/ is a board dedicated to playing and discussing video games. This sets it apart from 4chan/v/, which is about being as /b/ as possible while loosely staying withing the topic of electronic entertainment. One will notice the difference instantly. Although slow, it is still considered a good board by much of the userbase.
What is /meta/?

Meta was a board created by the admin when threads talking about the site's structure began to overrun the other boards. It is used mainly to ask for new boards and have their reasons tl;dr by said admin/mods.
